“…I had an amazing experience with Tim. First the tour starts with some storytelling about his background and mexican gastronomy history. Then we walk around the market, trying some food while Tim keeps explaining so many things. Then he brings us to his super lovely place where we start cooking and finish around the table enjoying what we just cooked. I really loved how Tim shares his passion and his knowledge about food, Mexico but also nutrition and benefits. Really loved it !…

We loved our time walking through the local market and tasting unique local foods like insects! We also watched the eclipse together on our walk back from the market to Tim’s apartment which was a cherry on top!
