Aishah’S place really felt like somewhere that a lot of time could be spent despite only staying for one night. The place was Very comfortable, has everything needed to feel like home and Aishah was really responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

This room is so good, highly recommend any one in Pattaya, excellent location, close to mall and big c, close to street market. I 100% will come back to stay next September!! Nice and clean, 100000% match the photos provide! I am so happy to stay here!

Nice apartment on the 23rd floor,chic view of the bay, bombs sunsets! Sometimes there is a smell of sewage, but it looks like it happens throughout the condo. The price is a little overpriced, the furniture is also not the first freshness, but in general the host was a very responsive person.

Really enjoyed staying there, she provided everything in the room - definitely will stay here again

Great place and location!

I go a lot to Pattaya and often I live unixx. Peter's residence is the best I have. I highly recommend, especially the host Mr. Peter, you will not find the best person to understand, cooperate and try to land his guests in various ways

On this trip, 5 adults and 4 children, the landlord has love, the place is just right, the place is just cleaned up, but the toilet can be improved, the basement needs to be a little more pumped, it would be better if it could be dried and dry separated, all in all, 5 stars.

This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

Wow what a place to stay !! Charming, Beautiful, neat and clean , greenery , nice swimming pool. Everything was great felt like at home. We really enjoyed the stay @ villa. Will definitely recommend to all my contacts travelling to Pattaya in future.

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

We were with our friends at Poom and her French husband Villa for 2 weeks. The place was excellent, the last house on the ending road, so there was no extra traffic. The house was just like in the photos. The pool was cleaned regularly and the price included 1 cleaning mid holiday. The boom immediately responded to messages, and help came in no time if needed. Poom and her husband were really lovely people and I can definitely recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely rent this wool again if there's a larger group....Thanks again Poom, maybe someday we'll meet in the same way.

Great host and place is described as you see in the pictures. As a taller person the bathroom is on the small side. Pat doesn't hesitate to properly and clearly communicate if there is a need. No living room but that was clear from the photos provided but didn't matter since the only thing I needed for myself and my guests was a clean, quiet place to lay our heads at night. This location did just that and did so comfortably. The area is not bad. The Q Garden literally next to it is a nice place for a group setting for hookah, drinks and pool. Pen Shop Restaurant has fantastic food and it is a block away in the direction of the beach. Google what you need and it won't be far away. Regardless of what you are visiting for the area for this place is recommended. Everything is a short cab ride away. Don't be afraid to walk the area there are some gems of places to be found. Thank you Pat for the reliable place to stay it was very comfortable.

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

The villa was super spacious. In such a nice area of Pattaya and the staff were really friendly and super accomodating! Thankyou, Art and the team! We may even stay again next year!

Great spot, good location , very nice people

A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

The host Khun Pirasa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We arrived quite late but they waited us and helped us with check-in process. The property has pool access, was clean, fully furnished, and well-maintained. Wifi connection is stable too. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the bus station, grocery stores, and a 7-Eleven, with taxis and public transportation easily available right outside. The price was truly worth it, and we would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Owner is friendly and productive for service he flexible check-in & check-out. This house is clean and a lot of equipment for cooking. It's quiet and relaxing you can enjoy the time every moment at this home. 🏠 We're recommending. The landlord is quite attentive to the tenants and is friendly. Flexible in check-in and check-out. There are plenty of cooking utensils.

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.
