Such a nice place! Completely worth the money and extremely private for large groups. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Really enjoyed my stay at this homestay. The space was just as nice as in the pictures — they don’t lie! The location was great too, very convenient and with a nice vibe. There were construction workers around during my stay, so it wasn’t as quiet as I imagine it normally would be. I didn’t mind the liveliness — it even added a bit of energy to the place — but if you’re coming specifically for peace and quiet, this might not be the best moment to book. For me, though, it was the perfect space in the perfect spot.

Raju is a hospitable, communicative, and attentive host. He took great care of me when I got sick and even invited us for an incredible home-cooked meal. The stay was an impeccable value, and everything matched the description perfectly. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment in a great area. The home was comfortable and right in the middle of Thamel, a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. We really liked the garden restaurant downstairs and they even delivered to the apartment at no fee. It was an easy walk to Kathmandu Durban Square as well.

Cosy Nepal is a hidden gem, located in the center of Patan area, but the apartment is quite quiet and comfortable. Just few mins walk to Patan Darbar Square to enjoy the local vibes. Also, the guided book from Cosy Nepal is amazing! This is a perfect place for travelers to have a wonderful nepali experience! Highly recommend and we will definitely come back again. 😊

Kopila’s penthouse was great. Right at the doorstep of Thamel but still very secluded and quiet so I could sleep very well during the night. I couldn’t hear noise from the road. That was great that I could do all the central explorations on foot. Apartment itself was very comfortable with nice view over the neighborhood. Kopila and her husband were very helpful with tips how to get around, which apps to use etc. Overall I would stay again and highly recommend their place.

This place is truly a gem in Kathmandu. Nara's place was comparable to a 5 star hotel with a super modern interior with excellent amenities. The apartment was located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and yet just a 10 mins drive away from most tourist places. We had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was helpful since we were staying with young kids. I would highly recommend Nara's place and would definitely stay again next time we're in Kathmandu.

One of the best hosts i have seen over 7 years of travelling and booking through Airbnb. Anup will go Off Limits to take care of everything that you need, worth a 5 star and definitely gonna book again and again everytime i am in Kathmandu. Kudos brother, Keep up the Good Job 🥂

So happy we decided to stay here with all the choices available! This family is absolutely wonderful, all of them and Madhu is an angel. Very peaceful area away from the craziness that is Thamel. But you can easily get a car there for walk if you want, which we did a few times. My toddler and I spent a month there and we had such a wonderful stay. We feel like we have a family in Kathmandu that we want to come visit. Loved the spaciousness of the space and the view from the roof is beautiful. The WiFi was soooo good honestly probably the best we had in all the places we traveled in Asia. It’s super duper clean and you can tell they keep it that way always. We just had such a great month and are so appreciative of this beautiful family and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!

Awesome place. Very well designed. Spacious. Great location. WiFi without issues for work. Great location. Do yourself a favor and get the inDrive app for ride hailing. I also enjoyed Pranaya’s restaurant recommendations. I thought he might be playing it overly safe for foreigners but I really liked all the food. A lot.

I had a great stay at Trilokbeer’s place in Kathmandu! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Trilokbeer was a kind and attentive host, always ready to assist and share local insights. The location was ideal—close to key spots yet peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Absolutely beautiful little haven of peace! I wish we had discovered this place sooner as we would escape here regularly if we weren't leaving KTM. The surroundings were stunning, the bed comfortable, everytjing was clean and practical and the food was delicious! We really enjoyed sitting on the little terrace listening to the birds and the ground coffee and cafetiere this morning! Thank you!

Ashmit and his family are amazing hosts. 10/10 would recommend. Here are my top moments: 1. His entire family are so helpful and loving. My mother had stomach ache and they visited our cottage twice a day to check in on her. Felt right at home 2. He was very accommodating to all our requests and never said no to anything 3. The location is pretty close to a lot of spiritual places, my parents loved it. Would recommend staying with him.
