⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Dubai! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb in Business Bay. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described—actually even better in person! The views of the city skyline were stunning, especially at night. The location is perfect—just minutes from Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. The building itself was secure and had top-notch amenities, including a pool and gym. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Dubai, this is the place to book. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible! The design is beautiful—every detail is thoughtfully curated, making it both stylish and comfortable. The highlight, of course, was the stunning view of the Burj Khalifa from the windows; waking up to that iconic skyline was unforgettable. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai—it’s the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and an unbeatable view. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the place it looked exactly like the pictures. The place is very neat and quiet and accessible. Dale was very responsive when we communicated or asked for any kind of help. I surely would love to be hosted again

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

Shai is truly a super host. She made sure we felt right at home, checked in on us a few times and even provided cleaning material and laundry detergents. The house was spotless and well maintained! She truly thought out of the entire experience and provided home like comfort. She is very responsive and responsible and very delightful to deal with.

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

It was a brand new house exactly was described

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

There was some drama during check-in as they did not send the code in time, but however we sorted it out eventually and had a great stay after all. The place is amazing, had hot water all the time, which l loved. i would 1000% book it again

Ahmed is a very good man and helpful owner. From day one everything was amazing. Clean house , constant feedback from Ahmed. We stayed for 10 days with a family of 5. Clean 3 bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a kitchen area. Nice terrace outside with a barbecue area. My kids and wife are happy. Definitely will visit again!

With family arriving to Dubai from different countries, Homevy provided the perfect home for all of us to reconnect and make lasting memories. We all focused on spending our time together without worrying at all about anything else. The place was perfect to check in, stay and use. All the amenities were there and for anything else we had it delivered in under 15 mins. We even requested for a late check out which they accommodated at a small fee. They are extremely responsive and great hosts. Overall, I’d recommend them for a hassle-free stay and would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful, peaceful and very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely consider booking this place again
