I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The house is spacious, clean, and perfect for large groups — we had 7 guests, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the ARL Skytrain and local markets, with plenty of street food and shopping options nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast provided by our host, Jenny. She made sure we had delicious, freshly prepared meals every morning — such a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel at home. Jenny is a fantastic host — kind, responsive, and attentive. She made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. When we reported a lightbulb in the bathroom that wasn’t working, she responded promptly and got it fixed right away. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok and would definitely love to stay here again!

Great host and great place. Clear instructions and useful recommendations. Street food and convenience shops just a few steps away. 10mins walk to BTS via short cut through W food court and W district. Rare 8 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen and big living hall for big groups to hang out. Had a great time. Thanks Susan!

The place is nearby BTS Station Sena Nikhom and you can easy get what you need by 7-11, Aeon Shop and various restaurants and cafe. The place is suitable for a group travel. Anything is alright.

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

Was an absolute delight to stay there! Super nice friendly hosts, very nice stylish apartment. The building staff is nice too. There is a big supermarket in the mall in walking distance, which is convenient for stocking up on groceries, plus 2 metro lines close for travelling into the more touristy areas. Really liked it, would gladly return!

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Also allowed early check-in as the room was ready, which was great as we were travelling with children. Host was very helpful with the tour driver on the first day and very responsive when we needed help with the room. The apartment has everything you need and coffee and water was provided, together with the washing detergent for clothes. It's walkable distance to 7/11 and eateries. Quiet location which was most suitable for us. Would stay here again.

The condo was very clean, peaceful, and safe. The surrounding area is convenient, with a shopping mall and a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away. If you’re planning to go to the airport, it’s only a 15-minute ride. Despite being close to the airport, there was no noise disturbance at all during my stay. Shirley was very helpful and responsive, always ready to give an advice and assistance. On top of that, there’s a free shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommended!

All the amenities listed on the accommodation details page are provided, and the cleanliness of the room and common area is very good. The host was quick to respond to feedback and the shuttle was convenient. However, it seems that more active management is needed regarding the water quality of the swimming pool and cannabis smoking.

Great hosts who are always responsive and friendly. Really loved this location with everything that I wanted to explore within walking distance. This area will be in the list of areas that I will consider in my next trip to bkk.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Pornchai was very hospitable. They accommodated our large group of 10 people and 1 cat. We are happy with the stay.

Best Place For Comfort

The second time I visited, the environment was just as beautiful, the host was very nice, and any requests were handled in a timely manner. The house was clean. I recommend it!

Words cannot describe the trip I had and the stay at Benny's place was amazing. You can't buy that sort of experience, they were so kind and so helpful and they even brought me out for late night supper at a 100 year old restaurant! what an experience man, I can't put it into words. If you'd like to explore Bangkok on your own time and not just spend your days shopping in town. Start your journey here, go off the beaten track for once, you'll be surprised where it takes you.

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

This was our second trip with my family and extended family, totaling 13 people, including 4 kids and a newborn. Ian, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable for everyone. From the very beginning, Ian was incredibly attentive and accommodating. On the first night, when I requested an extra bed for my helper, Ian personally came down and delivered a make-up bed—truly exceptional service! The house was well-equipped and spacious enough to comfortably fit our large group, making it a perfect choice for families traveling together. The thoughtful touches and effort Ian put into hosting made our stay a very positive experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly and host-focused Airbnb.
