“…Showed up to the cabin to check in and 6 guys were already checked in and staying here. Not sure whose fault this was but the owner first said it was a computer problem. Then later it was that the 6 guys were not supposed to be there. After going back and forth with the guys at the cabin and owner 4 hours later it was decided we had to find a new place. The owner did say he was actively looking for us but after 2 hours with nothing to rent, no call from owner, We finally found a cabin only because we had booked with them before and had their phone number. Lucky they answered at 1am. Airbnb was involved and the owner issued the refund then next day called and said he couldn’t refund it because he was going to lose his super host status. Finally got the money back from a Zell payment. We for sure got the run around on what the truth was. Either double booked or people unauthorized. But they did charged the guys staying there $300 extra for the stolen night. Cabin not worth $500 a night…
