The hair dryer was broken, and I was not informed in advance. It caught fire instantly when I used it. Fortunately, I have relevant experience in handling it. If it was used by a family member, it would be a catastrophic safety problem.(Inform the Host, just say not to use this hair dryer, he doesn't know it's broken)
There is no hot water in the bathroom sink on the first floor, and the sink on the left side of the bathroom on the second floor is blocked and cannot be used.
Behind the wall of the room on the second floor is the elevator of the whole building. As long as the elevator is operating up and down, there will be a lot of noise, especially at night, which is quite obvious. For people who need quiet to sleep, this is a big problem!
The bedding (sheets, duvets) in the second floor room is very old and close to being damaged.

Communication was fast, uncomplicated, understanding and helpful.
However, the cleanliness of the accommodation was severely deficient, so we left the accommodation immediately. The host responded understandingly and also refunded the money without complications
