My husband, Jorge and I have always had a love affair with the Sonoma Coast, and most especially with The Sea Ranch. Just before we made up our mind to purchase our home Jorge went diving in the waters below. There he harvested his first 10" abalone! That cinched the deal and gave rise to our naming our new home SeaRanchAbaloneBay. for the cove that graciously gave up the yummy mollusk. …The house is stunning, spacious, and gets great light. The windows face the ocean and offer spectacular sunset views. The construction next door was an issue and we were awoken by hammering at 7:30 AM every morning of the long holiday weekend (except Sunday). We really enjoyed the beautiful community pools, which are heated, and access to the coastal trails. We spent a significant amount of time dealing with the ant problem - they were everywhere around the kitchen and dinning area, and even got into our food enclosed in plastic bags. However we still enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this location and would stay again.…

…We have stayed at many homes in Sea Ranch. Abalone Bay is by far the cleanest, most organized, meticulously curated and most convenient. It is a beautiful home. Beautiful views, well manicured and designed outdoor space (we brought our dogs). The house had everything we needed and more. It was perfect. And Donna was incredibly helpful, proactively considerate of what we might need, & was great with local tips and insight (I.e. suggested the sea ranch Turkey trot!). We had an excellent time and felt completely at home.…
