Porfirio was a helpful person at all times, always attentive and with an excellent attitude. The service, both on his part and in general, was very good. The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing.

However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday the 12th in the main food palapa. A waiter — tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) — had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and his response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although there were clearly other tables with umbrellas in use.

I think it's important for staff to be trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there's someone with a disability.
