…This is our second year staying in this area of Samara. While not directly on a beach, the beach is accessible in a short walk, as is the town/village of Samara. We love this area - the horses, dogs and cats who wander at will. This house suited our purposes well and we appreciated the privacy, the size of the pool (larger than most private homes), and especially the covered deck area. In general, the layout of the space worked for four adults who were a) enjoying a holiday and b) working remotely. AC in the bedrooms meant that everyone could sleep, despite the hot temperatures. Beds were comfortable too. Regular cleaning and pool maintenance was appreciated. Nasareth at Manage My Property was super responsive whenever we had an issue.…

…Very friendly owners, they helped us a lot. Clean and very well equiped kitchen. The apartment was a little bit dark but therefore it didn‘t get to warm. AC was working very good.…
