A very relaxing laid back place with a good mix between modern and classic. Very simple and easy location, and the house has a very homy and cozy feeling to it almost like visiting your chill, down-to-earth grandparents. Would def recommend as a place to decompress with friends or family from the hustle and bustle.

The place looks amazing on the Airbnb listing but it’s not what you’ll see in person. We left after about 10 minutes of entering the property. It was not cleaned so we arrived to dirty beds, bathroom and kitchen. It has a ton of potential but unfortunately it failed miserably.

Unique spot that worked for my stay in Phoenix. Location is very close to many restaurants and bars in the Roosevelt/DTPHX area. You get the necessities as well as charm here. Hostellike vibe and a few communal areas. Derrick is an excellent host and very accommodating!
