…We had to move out. The place was in total disrepair and filthy. Needs a major clean up.
Repairs had exposed sharp edges. Parquet floor has dangerous splinters in frequent walking area. The pictures did not represent the actual place. Rust, floors rotted out. Possible mold. Showed two beds but only one. Couch was badly stained and only two cushions instead of three.
There are 10 lock boxes on the fencing.
The bathroom was the worst. Toilet had permanent brown stains on bottom. Shower head fell on my wife’s head while showering cause it was loose. Numerous broken tiles. Tile repairs had exposed sharp edges. Floor was rotted and plaster patches roughly applied. Insulation around pipes in shower were poorly applied. That bathroom needs a total refurbishing.
I will say it has a great location, and the host, Reuven was nice. I. Did not appreciate waiting for deliveries for two days or being told I would need to go to Target to pick up sheets and towels.…

The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances like a blender and toaster, which allowed me to cook delicious meals and save on New York’s expensive food costs. Overall, a great experience!”…
