Sidney+Austin's place was everything we needed for our stay. The home itself was lovely, clean and very spacious! It was close to every where we needed to be and the neighbors were polite. We unexpectedly had to bring our pups with us but S+A's place was perfect for them. The fenced in backyard was a safe space large enough for them to get some much needed exercise. The next time we need to come to Lexington for an extended stay we will definitely book again!!

1. We rented this place for our daughter’s graduation weekend and had many events to attend. We were given the wrong code to get in and the time it took to get a response made us late to an event and prevented us from getting perishable food into the refrigerator. Check in time was 3:00. We didn’t receive the correct code until about 8:00pm.
2. There was coffee left in the pot with mold floating in it. There was a coffee cup in the cabinet with dried coffee dripping from it. Some silverware was sticky - still food particles on it. Disgusting. I have pictures.
3. The owners response was, “I’m sorry, that must have been frustrating.” That’s it?

We stayed at Austin and Sidney’s house for over a week and it was perfect for the two of us. Easy walk to downtown or Rupp Convention Center, parking was occasionally a challenge and had to park across the street but still easy to get to. The neighborhood was a friendly area and we noticed we were near Transylvania University and a few sorority homes near us but they adhered to quiet hours. Would stay at their home again in the future.

The house was super clean and met our needs very well. We were traveling with two adult kids, so the separate bedrooms and extra bath were helpful. The neighborhood is undergoing a transition so a mix of places.
