Located right in downtown Lexington with plenty of restaurants nearby. Modern with plenty of amenities. It was unseasonably cold during our visit and the heated floor in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Snacks and drinks in the lobby area were a plus! Thanks for a great visit!

Great

Was in town for a UK home game at RUPP. The unit is less than a 5 min walk to RUPP and the included private parking lot is amazing. The area is full or bars & places to eat which made the whole re game and post game even better.

The ONE AND ONLY down side is that the walls are very thin between units in the building. When trying to sleep (after midnight) you could hear very clearly the party going on at the adjacent unit. However, the when contacting the host they did send a message and the other unit did quit down when asked.

Nice clean place, good location!
