…We stayed at 3Forty last year for the first time in the same unit 6. It was beautiful and clean. Overall it’s a great location and place to stay. Sadly, it has not been maintained. When paying $1,700. for a one bedroom unit for three nights you should count on clean furniture and amenities. I hope that your company starts to reinvest in the property. The tile in the shower needs to be cleaned and re-grouted. The furniture in the sitting room is stained and needs to be replaced. The bedding and sheets are showing the wear. The kitchen had packets of salt and pepper that people had left behind along with miscellaneous sugar and creamer packets. I had to do the dishes before I could use them because they weren’t clean. I’m hoping my review gets to the right person and the necessary actions are taken. We currently have a child at the university; with several years and visits to come, we’d love to be able to stay here again.…
