Welcome to Yunque View 3, just 3 minutes from the entrance to the beautiful and unique rainforest in the US, El Yunque National Forest.
Our spacious property, fully equipped inside with A/C, has everything you need. 5 spacious rooms, 2.5 interior bathrooms, 1 outdoor bathroom, large terrace with domino table, fire pit and swimming pool with children's solarium surrounded by nature. In addition, it has a 15 kW generator and solar energy system for your safety.
The space
Our vacation home is located in a privileged area of Puerto Rico with access to several natural paradises and very good places to visit. Awarded by Times magazine as one of the 50 best places in the world to visit during 2023. You probably already have some plans and places you want to visit. However, we've created a list of our favorite places and activities near our house. If we include it in this list, it's because we highly recommend it and it will most likely be helpful to you.
El Yunque National Forest
This natural treasure is an excellent destination if you want to immerse yourself in nature and is the only rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System. It's just 4 minutes away from the house.
Yokahu Tower
Climb the 98 steps of the tower to its panoramic observation platform. Just 15 minutes from the house.
Mount Britton Trail Tower
A hiking adventure that will take you to a tower with a beautiful view of the entire east coast of Puerto Rico. Just 25 minutes from the house.
Angelito Trail Head and Charco Las Damas
A hiking adventure that will reward you with a beautiful natural pool. Just 11 minutes away from the house.
Monserrate Beach
Beautiful beach with parking just 11 minutes from the house.
Kiosks of Luquillo
Recognized for its great variety of cuisine and charming atmosphere. There are restaurants with live music and it is in front of the beach. Just 11 minutes away from the house.
Laguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay
There are only five bioluminescent bays in the world and our house is only 30 minutes away from one of them. That's why it's essential that you spend a night visiting these magical waters.
Playa Flamenco (beach)
Rated as one of the best beaches in the world, Flamenco is a perfect postcard extension of white sand and turquoise waters. You need water transportation.
Cayo Icacos
Cayo Icacos is a beautiful island with crystal clear turquoise waters.

Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve
Enjoy the reserve's ecosystems, landscapes, and wildlife, including the breathtaking view of the northeastern tip of Puerto Rico from the top of the Fajardo Lighthouse. Just 30 minutes away from the house.

Guest access
Guests will have easy, unrestricted access to the entire property during their stay, except the garage.
Other things to note
We provide a complementary basic kit as an initial supply that includes: dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. In addition, we provide our guests with an initial supply of the following toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and body lotion.
Since the garage is not included, the property has 2 outdoor spaces where you can park your car for free.
Sofa beds are only allowed in these cases. For bookings of 11 to 12 guests, the use of 1 sofa bed is allowed. For bookings of 13 to 14 guests, the use of both sofa beds is allowed. We only leave extra bedding available for sofa beds when bookings are for 11 or more guests.
We offer the convenience of a FirePit and BBQ Grill on the property. However, if guests plan to use it, they must bring firewood, charcoal, and other materials they require for its use.
A $250 fine will be charged for special pool cleaning in cases where guests enter the pool with beach sand, without following the pool rules. Beach sand seriously damages the pool's water chemistry, requiring a special treatment to prevent algae growth.
A $400 fine will be charged if guests lose a set of keys. This is because all the locks on the property's access doors will need to be changed.
All shipping handling for items left behind at the property is $30 + shipping cost provided by mail.
Events or parties and access to the property by people who are not listed in the reservation are strictly prohibited. Our property is for the exclusive use of the guests listed on each reservation.
