Welcome to Yunque View 2 at only 3 minutes from the entrance of the unique rainforest in US territory, El Yunque National Forest.
Our spacious home has everything you need. 5 spacious A/C bedrooms, 3.5 indoor bathrooms and large pool with sundeck for kids. Ping Pong and dominoe table. Has one high chair and playard for a child. Two large TV's. Additionally, it has an electric generator and solar energy system.
The living room and kitchen have ceiling fans and plenty of windows for fresh air.

Our vacation home is located in a privileged area of Puerto Rico with access to several natural paradises and very good places to visit. Surely, you already have some organized plans and places you want to visit. However, we have created a list of our favorite places and activities near our home. If we put it on this list, it is because we highly recommend it and it will most likely be useful to you.
El Yunque National Forest
This natural treasure is an excellent destination if you want to be immersed in nature and is the sole tropical rain forest in the U.S. National Forest System. Starting just 4 minutes from the home.

Walk up the tower’s 98 steps to its panoramic viewing platform. Just 15 minutes from the home.

In the world there are only five bioluminecent bays and our home is just 30 minutes from one of them. So it is essential that you spend a night visiting these magical waters.

Guest access
Guests will have easy and unrestricted access to the entire property during their stay, except garage.
Other things to note
We provide a complementary starter kit that includes: dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Also, we have for our guests an initial supply of the following toiletry items: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap bar, and body lotion.
Since the garage is not included, the property has a driveway where you can park your car for free.
The use of sofa beds is allowed only in these cases. For reservations of 11 to 12 guests, the use of 1 sofa bed is allowed. For reservations of 13 to 14 guests, the use of the 2 sofa beds is allowed. We only leave extra linens available for the sofa beds when reservations are for 11 or more guests.
A fine of $250 dollars will be charged for special pool cleaning in cases where guests enter the pool with beach sand, not following the rules of use of the pool. Because the beach sand causes serious damage to the chemistry of the water, requiring a special pool treatment of the water against algae.
A fine of $400 dollars will be charged in case where guests lose a set of keys. Because this will cause each of all access door locks of the property to be changed.
All shipping management for items forgotten in the property is $30 dollars + shipping cost provided by the post office.
