Downstairs has a full kitchen, living room, dining area and a screened in porch. There are 2 bedrooms total - The primary suite on the main level has a queen bed and separate full bathroom. The bedroom upstairs has twin beds. There is a designated workspace upstairs that has a gorgeous view of the river as well as a full bathroom
