Waterfall Wanderer is located on a two-acre property surrounded by small farms and overlooking the river.

There is no direct access to the river from the property, however, if you drive a mile in either direction, there are public areas to put kayaks in the water.

You will have access to approximately 1/2 acre of property (grass/trees) surrounding the house.

There are TWO vacation rentals on this property: Waterfall Wanderer and RiverBrü Cabin.

There are side curtains on the covered deck for privacy.

Please be respectful of all neighbors.

- Only registered guests may visit and/or stay Waterfall Wanderer
- 4 (four) guests maximum with a minimum age of 13 for children
- Minimum age of 21 to book
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the house
- For quiet enjoyment only; no parties

From the town of Sparta you will drive about 5 minutes along a beautiful river road. The house is nestled among small farms and grazing cows.

We tell people we like to watch "slow tv" from the deck overlooking the very lazy river: There is nothing better than sitting on a covered porch (with a ceiling fan during the summer), sipping a beverage, and watching cows with their calves and all of the wildlife that live in river habitats.

And it is simply magical when the fireflies are out!

The best of all worlds - you get to immerse yourself in nature, a rural farming neighborhood AND you are really close to adventures (waterfalls, hiking, caving), restaurants, shopping and activities.
