Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Mountain view

Soak up the view during your stay.
Nestled in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest and above a lively beaver pond, this glamping style treehouse stands as a haven from the everyday, crafted by our hands to offer a reTREEt into wilderness in the heart of central Vermont.
The allure of the surrounding forrest between Killington and Sugarbush beckons with a selection of wilderness based activities.

The space
The treehouse is perched on the side of our hill. You can relax in the treehouse and enjoy being surrounded by nature or you can be adventurous and go explore the surrounding forest. No other rental structure on the property is in direct sight of the treehouse.

You have a private bathhouse with a kitchenette, a grill, and fire pit with a bench.

The road to the treehouse is sloped and gravel. You are welcome to park in the field below and we will drive you to the treehouse, or after we show you the treehouse you are welcome to drive your vehicle to it if you feel comfortable. An AWD vehicle is recommended to access the treehouse.

Guest access
To reach this treehouse, one has to embark on a wondrous journey along a winding gravel road through the woods. The path is adorned with trees and wildflowers of every shade of green, glimmering as gentle rays of sunlight filtered through the canopy above.

If you have a vehicle that can drive on gravel roads, then you will probably be able to drive to the treehouse AFTER check in.

When the road is muddy or covered in snow, guests will park in the field below and be driven to the treehouse in our UTV at check-in. After that, you're welcome to walk to and from the treehouse at your convenience. While we’ll do our best to be available for rides as needed, we kindly ask for advance notice, and there may be a short wait.

Other things to note
The treehouse is on a hillside with a gravel road for access which is shared with a few other treehouses. You will be allowed to drive to the treehouse after check in, as long as you feel comfortable with driving there. If you don’t want to drive to it, I will drive you and your belongings up to the treehouse on check in.

There is a separate treehouse structure only several steps away from the treehouse you are staying in which has a toilet, shower, and kitchenette. This is private and only used by guests in your treehouse.

For those that want to disconnect while still being able to connect we have fast internet in this treehouse!

Food is limited in the area so plan accordingly: We have local places with limited hours and days, and more options at least 30 minutes away, but expect nothing to be open past 8pm.

Pets / service animals - we love getting to see animals visit and enjoy the outdoors we just do not like cleaning up after them. Please bring a blanket, bed, throw or something for them to lay on. As all people know who have animals, you can not get every hair out of a fabric/blanket and therefor if a blanket has significant animal hair in it after a stay, you can keep the blanket as you will be charged for a replacement.

Rules added by due to inconsiderate guests.
- no glitter, additional cleaning outside the normal time allotted and you guessed it, you will be charged.
- no smoking/vaping or anything else in that regard that will leave a smell. If the next guests stay is effected, you will be charged for their stay.

We want to make sure everyone who visits our treehouse knows what they are booking by reading the description and not just our glorious reviews because the experience at our treehouse is not for everyone. To indicate that you have read all of this please include your favorite type of tree when you message us!
