PLEASE NOTE: Starting on Dec 1, 2025 to December 9, 2025, and January 2, 2026 to Jan 8, 2026, except Saturdays and Sundays, the retaining wall will be worked on at the side of the property from Mon - Fri from 8am to 5pm. One work truck will need to be parked in the driveway. Please inquire for more details.

The oversized granite countertop island seats 6 for casual meals and the formal dining room seats an additional 6.
Sleeping Areas:
Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed that is actually two connected twin-sized beds. They cannot be split apart. This room has a private bathroom and access to the outdoor terrace.
Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom that is upstairs. It has a queen sized bed, its own bathroom and separately controlled heating and cooling.
There is also a fold-out, queen sized murphy bed in this room.
Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and accesses a bathroom from the hall.
The Living Room has a pullout sleeper sofa. Check the pictures for dimensions.
Outdoors:

Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask. We provide consumable household supplies (kitchen, bath and laundry) to last a few days but you may need to pick up additional supplies to last your reservation.
Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50 for the reservation (maximum two pets). If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
Doors, Gates, Garage Doors - The front door is opened and locked with a keypad. One two-car garage is available to guests to use and park cars (the other is used as storage) but there is no remote provided. It is operated with a wall-mounted button pad. There is a small and large gate to the property. The small gate does not lock, it only closes. The large gate can be opened and closed manually (please reach out for instructions). No remote is provided for the property gate
Guest access
You have access to the entire property except for one out of two garages (one is closed off and used for storage). Guests can use the 2-car garage to park cars, the 3 driveway spaces, and there is ample street parking on Mountain St and Jackson St
There are cameras on the property that monitor the front door, front gate, sides and back of the house.
There is a wrought iron gate to the house does not function. Please do not try to open or close it as it will get stuck and block car access
