There are 2 spacious living rooms and one of them includes a sectional couch that converts into a double bed, and the game room has a couch that converts into a single bed. Guest access
At Venetian Palms, our guests are granted unrestricted access to all of our fabulous amenities.
Please note, for safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from swimming in the canal water.
You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation. The code will be sent to you in a message the morning of your arrival.
Other things to note
POOL
For the safety and well-being of all guests, diving is prohibited in all areas of the pool. Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the pool to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment.
Venetian Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any pool or lake related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the pool and lake area.
DOCK AND CANAL
We kindly ask that guests refrain from fishing in front of neighboring docks to respect the privacy and property of others. When casting or reeling in, please be extra cautious of nearby boats—whether docked or passing by—as fishing lines can easily become tangled in propellers.
For safety reasons, swimming in the canal is strictly prohibited. Any watercraft activity, including boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding, is done at your own risk. From Pines To Palms and the owners of the property are not liable for any incidents or injuries that may occur while engaging in these activities. Guests are welcome to use our 85-foot dock free of charge to tie up their own boat, but please note that From Pines To Palms is not responsible for any damage that may occur while your vessel is secured to the dock.
PARKING
Enjoy ample parking with our driveway accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass and street parking is prohibited.
PARTIES & EVENTS
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, Venetian Palms strictly prohibits parties, receptions, and events. Local regulations require quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations of this policy will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please note that excessive noise or disturbances may lead to the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. A Minut Noise Detector is installed to monitor decibel levels and will alert the hosts if noise exceeds acceptable limits as outlined by local bylaws. We kindly ask that you keep indoor noise at a reasonable level and ensure doors remain closed when playing music. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere.
DRUGS
At Venetian Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
PETS
Pets are not permitted at Venetian Palms.
SECURITY
At Venetian Palms, your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. That's why we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing a Ring camera at the front door, facing outwards, and a camera at the side door entrance to the garage. Additionally, we have a Minut Noise Detector that reads the decibel levels and alerts the hosts if noise levels exceed what is deemed to be acceptable by the local bylaws. We also have a smart lock equipped with a unique code for every new guest and rest assured that this code is automatically deleted at checkout for your peace of mind.
We understand the importance of privacy, and that's why we want to clarify that there are no other cameras on the premises. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our guests and Venetian Palms, and we hope that these measures help you feel at ease during your stay with us.
SMOKING
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

TRASH/RECYCLING
Our reliable trash and recycling collection services occur every Tuesday and Friday. Our attentive staff will ensure that your bins are conveniently located at the curb each morning and returned to their designated spot on the west side of the home by evening.
What You Can Recycle:
1. Aluminum/Steel Cans - Must Be Empty!
2. Plastic Bottles with a screw-on or pop top cap - Must Be Empty; absolutely no other plastic items.
3. Corrugated Cardboard - Flattened and empty of all packaging.
TEMPERATURE
Ensuring your comfort during your stay is our top priority at Venetian Palms. We maintain the interior temperature remotely using the Nest thermostat conveniently located in the living room. Our attentive hosts are responsible for the maintenance of the air conditioning (AC) system, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any adjustments to the temperature. To optimize the performance of the AC, we kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed while it is in operation. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a pleasant and relaxing experience for you.
TV
Please note that we do not offer cable TV service, however, we are pleased to provide our guests with Smart TVs (Rokus) in various rooms, including the living room, both king suites, and the lanai. Simply use the remote to access your favorite TV apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, and more. To ensure the privacy and security of your accounts, please remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.
GROCERIES
Looking for convenient grocery options? Publix is a mere 1 minute drive from your location. If you're after organic and specialty items, Whole Foods is just a five-minute drive away. And if you're in need of more affordable options, Walmart is also only two minutes away. Plus, for the ultimate in convenience, grocery delivery options are available to bring the store to your doorstep.

TROPICAL OASIS = BUGS & CRITTERS
Florida's sub-tropical climate is one of its biggest draws, with warm temperatures and high humidity creating the perfect environment for an abundance of fascinating creatures. At Venetian Palms, you can expect to encounter a diverse range of insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that call this area home.
It's not uncommon to spot a critter or two around the residence, but don't worry, this is perfectly normal for Florida! While insects should be removed, any frogs or chameleons that you come across should be left alone to depart on their own. And hey, why not snap a selfie with your new reptilian friend!
LEGAL STUFF
Please note that the primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests are expected to follow our house rules and procedures as outlined above.
