Located in the center, but on a very quiet street, you will be just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach, and 3 minutes from various restaurants, shops, cafes and mini market.

The apartment has 3 elegant rooms, one of them ensuite, an open space kitchen with the living room, which was prepared with the utmost refinement and comfort for your stay.

The decor is modern and elegant, in an apartment that has AC in the living room and all bedrooms, Bosch equipment to the premiere, walking showers and regulavel lighting.

On the spacious balcony, you'll have access to a grill for a barbecue after the beach.
