TWBoord Meeting space for up to 16 attendees. Includes an overnight stay for up to 4 guests before or after your meeting. Enjoy a peaceful private property with two large meeting rooms, sweeping sunsets, rolling lawns and meadow, bursting gardens, mature trees, koi pond, pool deck, patios and balconies that offer flowing indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for your meeting, retreat, or business gathering. A classic B&B with owners onsite at all times support you.

The space
TWBoord is a generously sized property situated on a gated three acres with flowing craftsman architecture built to beautiful size and scale offering layers of indoor and outdoor space allowing you to enjoy a bit of country only a short distance from civilization. Sweeping views and beautiful gardens offer time and space to rest and reconnect, enjoy wonderful food and meaningful conversations...or get some serious learning or productive work done.

We strongly suggest taking a tour either in person or over video to see the spaces. You receive up to 3 planning sessions with the owners who are seasoned event planners and onsite at all times for support. Everything is onsite for up to 16 guests (tables, chairs, linens, serving pieces, dinnerware, glassware, tableware, etc)

Due to insurance restrictions, the kitchen is available to insured cooking professionals only.

A seconday meeting space

Guest access
TWBoord is secured by a gate. All cars for your event will be parked inside the gates. You and your guests will have a personal gate code activated for your time. Uber and Lyft are also available.

During your stay
Onsite event coordination is included. Up to 3 planning meetings prior to your event and all day of your event.

Other things to note
There is no covered parking. There are stairs everywhere so not accessible to strollers, walkers or wheelchairs. We have standard poodles (hypoallergenic) and barn cats who help maintain our rodent population and protect the property. There is a full house water system making all tap water pure and drinkable. Wifi (satellite), projection and printer access are available.

Neighborhood highlights

TWBoord is on the southwest side of Fallbrook giving us a bit more protected weather and a welcome afternoon breeze on those hot days. Fallbrook is an historical agriculture town (he avocado capital of the world) located between San Diego and Los Angeles. There are wineries, quaint shopping and good restaurants. A short drive to casinos, endless golf courses, hiking trails, the Temecula wine country, LegoLand, the Wild Animal Park and shopping malls. The day trips are endless to the LA area, the dessert and San Diego areas.
