Forget your worries in our spacious and serene space we like to call home. Bring the whole family to our tucked away in comfort ranch which sits on a full basement in a quiet subdivision with a lake in the back to allow your family all the fine qualities of nature and relaxation.

The space
Our home comes with all the amenities you’ll need from full access to the entire home (upstairs and downstairs), laundry room with some starter supplies, backyard that houses the outside grill (the grill must be cleaned after use), netted patio area, and driveway that holds up to four vehicles. We also have a game room for both the kids and adults as well as a bar area for our adult fun and entertainment in the basement. The home is located near Atlanta Motor Speedway, a convenient grocery store , and less than 15 minutes away from the shopping center Pavilion.

You and your family will have access to the entire home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE‼️

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings.. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you’ll be asked to vacate at your own expense.

This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind IS NOT permitted (this includes cigarette, cigar, weed, or hookah) inside the home. There is a $700 fee for smoking inside the home. The tent is a more ventilated area however, if the furniture, rug, or table is damaged during your stay there will be a $200 fine to replace damaged items under the tent area.
**NO EXCEPTIONS**

Other things to note
The adult entertaining area in the basement is a must see☺️ AGAIN- This is a smoke FREE property. ABSOLUTELY NO smoking inside the house or there will be a $700 fine charged.
