Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Take it easy at this unique property. The Webbs family home was built back in 1950’s. Beautiful farm house and next door is the caretakers cottage that is also rentable. This property is right outside Phenix City, Al city limits. At the side of the main house there is a pool, gazebo. We also have a green house, grill & event center that can be rented for private events separate. We have gardens and plush lawns that will give you an inarray of spots to relax. No parties allowed in house or pool.

The space
The original house is over 70 years old. You’ll see the original oak flooring in the back of the house as you walk through. We did try and save some of the old charm of the house from when the Webb’s lived there. You will notice the 2 kitchens as they added on to their little farm house and built a new kitchen with a huge gas top stove, on a huge master room and sunroom that looks out to the neighboring pond.

Guest access
The entire house with garage, outdoor bathroom and shared pool. Check availability of the pool as it could be closed for a few hours during your stay. Please note that no outside guest are allowed to come swim without prior approval. Also please make sure everyone is listed on the pool waiver that is required for you to sign.

Other things to note
Our property is available for events and can be rented separately to host approved parties or gatherings other than registered guest. We have extra tables and chairs available for rent. Please let us know prior to booking with us. We do have a caretaker that lives above the garage but he has his own entrance. He works on the property as a safety officer for events. His name is Jim. The offices on the property have their own parking area and should not interfere with you or any guest. We do rent our property for events. I will always try and give you heads up to the days and times. Most events are booked for 4 hours. That being said, we do have a nondenominational church service every Sunday morning and you are invited to attend in the Event Center, if you feel lead. Pastor Johnnie would love to have you. Times are 9:00am and 10:30am. They will also use the loft above the garage for their youth to meet. They will use the outside stairs in the garage. The main drive will be shutoff so if you leave please go out the side driveway. Please know that any event should not interfere with your stay. It is a fairly large property and each space is very secluded. If you have any questions or concerns you can always text us.

The House at the Webbs Place is perfectly nested on seven acres next to the Lakewood Golf Course and just just a few miles from downtown Columbus where you can zip line and white water raft. It is about 20-30 minutes to Callaway Gardens, Ft Benning is around 16 miles & to Auburn, Al is about 20 miles as well.

My husband and I recently purchased the Webb’s property. Together with our children we are so excited to be able to share the beautiful property lush gardens and fruit trees with you. My husband has been a pastor in our area for more than 30 years and I am have been a local business owner for 15 years. We both have a love for the outdoors and farming. We both love the Lord and thank him daily for all our many blessings.
