Welcome to your water front retreat. Spacious, comfy, and just the right amount of bougie. Nestled on the channel between Jimmerson Lake and Lake James, this home puts you right in the middle of all the lake life action.

After a day of boating or floating, tobogganing or snowmobiling, you’re just a short walk to some of the area’s best restaurants, shops, and nightlife. No need to drive—just dock and go! You’ll have two private boat docks available for your use, so bring your boat or rent one nearby and make the most of your stay. The Wake house has 2 Kayaks for your use.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming space with room to relax, recharge, and play. The game room is a hit on rainy days or chill nights, featuring a dedicated 50” TV ready for your gaming console or use our Xbox. Ping pong, darts, and PacMan provide indoor fun. Traveling with a group? We’ve got you covered—both couches convert into beds, so there’s extra space for everyone to crash comfortably.
