Escape to our cosy, modern ground-floor apartment in a quiet spot just a few minutes’ walk from Brixham’s charming harbour and town centre. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the beautiful South Devon coast.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay — crisp bedding, fluffy towels, and a 43” Smart TV with Netflix and over 80 Blu-rays for a cosy night in. There’s superfast WiFi and a large dining table, ideal for working, dining, or playing games together.
We’ve added thoughtful touches throughout, including USB charging points by every bedside and in the lounge, a Bluetooth speaker for your favourite playlists, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your own delicious meals.
We’re happy to welcome one small, well-behaved dog — we just ask they aren’t left alone in the apartment. Please bring a blanket if they’re used to being on the sofa or bed. While there’s no outdoor space at the apartment, the stunning Berry Head Nature Reserve is just a five-minute drive away, perfect for walks with breathtaking coastal views.

Our apartment is in a peaceful residential area just a short stroll from Brixham’s lively harbour. You’ll find a great selection of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and traditional pubs within easy walking distance.
Spend your days exploring Brixham’s colourful fishing harbour, visiting Breakwater Beach, or walking along the South West Coast Path. If you’re feeling adventurous, take a boat trip across the bay to Torquay or hop on the steam train to Paignton for some classic seaside fun.
Berry Head Nature Reserve is just a few minutes away by car — a beautiful spot for coastal walks, picnics, and dolphin spotting.

The apartment is completely self-contained with its own private front door. Guests have exclusive use of the entire space, including the kitchen, dining area, lounge, bedrooms, and bathroom.
There is level access from the car park, with just one step up into the front door. The driveway down to the car park is fairly steep with limited visibility in places, so please take care when driving in and out.
Check-in is easy and flexible with a key safe beside the door. The code will be texted to you on the day of your arrival, so you can arrive at your convenience.

The apartment sits at the bottom of a steep driveway. Parking is available on the hill beside the complex, but please note that it is also fairly steep.
There is one small step up into the front door.
We welcome one small, well-behaved dog, but ask that they are never left alone in the apartment.
While we’re happy to host your furry friend, please note there’s no outdoor space at the property and green areas are limited in the town centre.
