We also allow Guests to bring their own RV, or rent one locally for added sleeping capacity. Water and electric hook up is available at a cost of 75 per night.
As a courtesy to our guests who have need for an earlier check-in or later check out, especially involving flight schedules, we offer check in as early as noon and check out as late as 3 PM. The fee for either option is 400, (800 for both) and would need to be paid prior to check in. This is subject to availability, so please inquire. There are no other early check-ins, or late check out options available, except for our Sunday Check-Out Special - For Sundays, check-outs are available for as late as 2PM for no additional cost.

Private Events:
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL, EVENT CONTRACT SIGNED, AND EVENT FEE PAID. ANY ORGANIZED GATHERING WITH OR WITHOUT ADDITIONAL VISITORS BEYOND THOSE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED AN EVENT. (See below for more details.)
The Event Fee is for the private use of the facilities, utilities, and grounds for all approved guests on the day/night of the private event. This fee is non-refundable and based on the number of guests. These are for private events only and cannot be open to the general public, or involve any type of paid admission.
Our 20x35 Building can seat up to 80 people, if seated cathedral style in rows. The building is equipped with lights, dance lighting, fans, AC, and a projector. If desired, this building could also be used as a putt-putt mini golf course instead of a seating/dancing area.
NON-REFUNDABLE EVENT FEES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:
$750 – Up to 25 guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE RESERVATION – Max 20 cars total.
$1,250 - 26 to 50 Guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE RESERVATION - Max 20 cars total.
$1,750 - 51 - 80 Guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE RESERVATION - Max 30 cars total.
Children under 2 years old do not count as guests.
We require a minimum of 2 nights stay in the home, and that would be a separate rental cost. (Due to minimum pricing effects, for some dates, the calendar may require more than 2 nights to book, especially if they are weeknights.)
All music that can be heard outdoors must be cut off by 10:30PM sharp. Events must end by 11PM, and non-overnight guests leave by 11:30PM. Anyone staying past midnight is presumed to be an overnight guest and must be on the overnight reservation.

Jupiter Farms is an equestrian neighborhood located minutes of I-95/Turnpike and award-winning shopping, beaches, and dining
The property is located within 5 minutes of a Publix, 11 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from the Jupiter Beaches. 28 minutes from the Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
We are also located 7 minutes from Riverbend Park which offers kayaking, canoeing, casual bike trails, picnicking and wildlife watching. Check out their thousands of reviews online.
We are also located 28 minutes from Jonathan Dickinson State Park which offer similar activities and is another highly rated park/preserve in the area.
If you have little ones, make sure to check out the highly rated Dubois Park for an intracoastal beach experience that is a big hit with local families.

Additional things to note -
There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house/s. A $500 deodorizing fee will apply for each house that has the stench of smoke (or spilled alcohol).
- Pets are only allowed with manager approval and pet fee paid. They cannot be left alone in rooms of the house. If not being supervised, they must be crated so that they do not damage the home while being left unsupervised.
- We are located in an equestrian neighborhood with large yards in a natural setting. You could possibly see or encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and/or in and around our home including (but not limited to) - snakes, frogs, mice, mosquitos, lizards, ants, birds, bees, wasps, crickets, bugs, roaches, palmetto bugs, and roly-polys to name a few. This is not common (though some are more common than others), but since this is possible, it is worth a direct mention. Please leave windows shut, and do not leave the door hanging open when not using. We contract a company for regular pest service which greatly minimizes the chance of an unwelcome encounter, but they are still possible.
- Any items that get damaged (or go missing) during your stay must be promptly reported as it occurs.
- The internet is provided by Comcast and the electric by Florida Power and Light. Host not responsible for any internet or electrical outage if it were to occur.
- Due to operational limits on pool heaters, they will not run when temperature outside is 65 degrees Farenheit or less. Also, in cold temperatures, Hot Tubs will need to be covered in order to retain or gain heat.
- All Amenities and Property features are "Use at your own risk." Your booking of the property (and subsequent use of any property feature) is your acknowledgement that there is an inherent risk involved in offered activities, and that owner not responsible for any injury that could occur.
