Please Read before booking as this is a historic home that has been brought back to life. The home has one full bathroom on the first level and one full bath on the 2nd floor attached to the bridal suite.
The home has 3 levels
3rd level closed
1st and 2nd level bedrooms have fans and central air.
The home has been completely restored. Disclosure of Lead-based paint since it was built before 1967.
There is no washer or dryer but you can drop your laundry at Emerywood Laundry at 711 W Lexington Ave, High Point, NC.
No events unless paid additional and agreed with owner.
