Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood near downtown Anderson, it blends historic character with modern comfort — featuring a cozy living area, full kitchen, and plenty of space for families, friends, or campus visitors.

Welcome to The Cottage House, a thoughtfully updated 1940s home with timeless charm and modern touches.

Just 30 minutes from Clemson University and 35 minutes to downtown Greenville, the home features:

🛏 4 bedrooms, 2 baths — primary with a king bed, two guest rooms with queens, and one with a twin XL.

🍳 Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space for relaxing or working remotely.

🌳 Quiet neighborhood near downtown Anderson’s shops, restaurants, and AnMed Health.

During renovations, we preserved the original character — hardwood floors, arched doorways, cozy details — while adding today’s comforts. We hope you’ll love The Cottage House as much as we do!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and yard, including the porch and outdoor seating area.
There’s also an unfinished basement where the breaker box is located.

Other things to note
The upstairs was originally attic space, so the stairs are slightly narrow and steeper than typical modern ones — not ideal for guests with mobility challenges.
Otherwise, the space is fully updated, cozy, and ready for your stay.
