Beautifully designed tiny house features a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass wall that brings the outside in - offering uninterrupted views of a serene pond just steps away. Whether you're sipping coffee as the morning mist rises over the water or stargazing from the HotTub lounger, this is nature at its most intimate.
Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home wrapped in a warm, minimalist design: a cozy queen bed, soft lighting, and thoughtful touches throughout. The space is perfectly sized for two and designed to spark connection and relaxation. Enjoy a romantic dinner by the glass wall, unwind by the fire pit outside, or explore near by Kaaterskill Falls and great local hiking trails.

STRICT HOUSE RULES:
1. Safety - Never leave children unattended inside or outside of the house.
2. Check in after 4pm. Check out before 10am.
3. House temperature - To keep the tiny house at comfortable room temperature and avoid any humidity or condensation, please keep the wall cooling unit set to AUTO mode at 67°F with the Fan on LOW.
4. Toilet - To help protect our eco-friendly septic system, we kindly ask that you do not flush toilet paper, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. A covered waste bin is provided for your convenience. In case of toilet clog guest is covering all the plumbing repair costs.
5. Hot water - Please note that hot water in the Pod is provided on demand and water tank only holds 4 gallons of water. To help maintain this eco-friendly system, I kindly ask that you use hot water mindfully and avoid taking excessively long showers. Thank you for your understanding and support!
6. Fire - No candle allowed in the house, on the deck or hammock. No smoking inside. If you wish to use fire pit, please bring your own firewood.
7. Outside quiet hours - Please respect outside quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
8. Insects - Door and windows should be shut at all times to avoid any insects getting into the house. I strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, but due to suburban location of the house, it is possible to encounter some insects outside and inside the house.
9. Occupancy - Maximum 2 guests are allowed on the property. If more than 2 guests show up to the house, the stay would be terminated without refund.
10. Not Pet friendly - This is a tiny house and unfortunately does not have enough space for a pet.
11. HotTub - When hot tub not in use cover should be ON. Do not sit on the opened HotTub cover. If you break it, you will pay for it. Do not bring any food into HotTub. Do not use any oils or creams prior to using HotTub. Please take shower before and after using HotTub. Recommended time to use HotTub for 15 minutes intervals, to avoid any overheating and health issues. HotTub cover should be ON when not in use. Floating chlorinator should never be touched or messed around because it providing proper chlorine into water, and if it’s altered by guests chemical levels would be off and HotTub would be shut off and not available for further use.
12. Dishes - please wash all dishes before check out.
13. Trash - All trash should be placed into a Bear-proof Superior Dumpster next to the road. PLEASE don't forget to lock it, otherwise it will attract bears and they will get into it.
