An Albatross, also known as a double eagle, is one of the rarest and most prized achievements in Golf. True to its name, this Golf Villa Condo is our most prized possession. This villa will surround you with elegance yet comfort, making it a perfect vacation retreat. With its stunning view of the PGA Golf course, the regal Clubhouse tower and the magnificent Florida sunsets, you will find inner peace and tranquility.

The space
If you enjoy golf or the miles of beautiful Florida beaches just a short drive away, then you have found your place. We have created a rare beauty that will captivate you from your first step inside. This completely remodeled unit has white oak floors throughout, a serene rainforest style bathroom, an elegantly designed kitchen and comfortable living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV and a linear fireplace for your enjoyment. We've enhanced the master suit with a 75 inch TV and a king size bed. Alongside the king sized bed, you'll find a beautifully designed desk where you can work some if needed during your vacation. This desk is also a surprise queen sized Murphy bed. The second bedroom houses two queen size beds, a private bathroom with a walk-in showers. Another area l'd be remise to not mention is our screened in patio. Here you can relax on our beautiful black rocking chairs overlooking the PGA award winning golf course. PLEASE NOTE : NO PETS AT ALL, EVEN IF IT IS A SERVICE ANIMAL, YOU AS A GUEST NEED TO LET US KNOW.
If you bring an animal without prior communication there will be a $250 extra fee added if signs of a dog or we see the animal. All we ask is people to be respectful as you would want your belongings and properties to be respected as well.

We love sharing our home with guests from all over the world and want you to have the best experience possible. Please keep in mind that Florida’s warm and humid climate is home to a wide variety of native insects, which are a natural part of life in this region. While we take great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable space—including routine professional pest control—it is important to know that insects may occasionally find their way indoors, especially if windows or doors are left open.

This is a common reality throughout the entire state, not unique to our property, and can occur at any Florida accommodation. As such, we are unable to offer refunds due to encounters with outside insects. We appreciate your understanding, as past guests have unfortunately attempted to use this as a reason for unjustified reimbursement.

We kindly ask that guests help us maintain a pleasant environment by keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings when bugs are more active. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
