Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Nestled on the Big Island’s Kohala Coast, you'll find The Last Resort, a 2-acre estate where friends & family can make magical memories. Three reasons you’ll love staying here:

1) We recently completed a massive renovation to give guests luxe accommodations surrounded by lush private grounds.

2) Our orchard includes over 10 varieties of fruiting trees, and our gardens are full of local veggies.

3) We’re 15 min from Hawi town and within easy driving distance to Waimea, Kona & 10 beaches.

The space
The Last Resort’s most relaxing and intimate unit, The Bamboo Suite is ideal for solo travelers or love birds wanting to escape. You’ll love the Bamboo Suite because:

OUTDOOR BATH. The Bamboo Suite’s master bathroom includes a Toto bidet toilet and two shower heads. If that’s not enough, you’ll step outside the bathroom and onto our brand new outdoor bath featuring double rain shower heads and a custom basalt tub.

LUXURY. We renovated the property with everything from stone countertops and Grohe bath fixtures to Restoration Hardware furniture and Williams Sonoma kitchen supplies.

AMENITIES. From hammocks and board games to beach gear and BBQ grills to organic bath products and eco cleaning supplies - The Last Resort has every amenity your group needs to settle in and comfortably stay awhile.

OUTDOOR SPACES. With temperatures in the 70’s/80’s and a constant breeze, you’ll want to hang out on the private lanai all day. In addition, the home features our largest lawn complete with a prolific 300-year old Banyan Tree and tree swings. You’ll also have access to our orchard.

NATURE. The Bamboo Suite offers views of Maui, the ocean, a serene cow pasture and tons of foliage. You’ll hear sounds of ocean waves, frogs, birds and breezes as you drift to sleep with the windows open.

NOTE: The Bamboo Suite shares an adjoining soundproof door with our Banyan House. The door will remain deadbolted when the two units are rented separately.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Bamboo Suite. They'll share a lawn, BBQ area and outdoor-accessible laundry room with Banyan House guests.

Other things to note
We have two other vacation rentals on our property. Unless you're renting all three of our listings, it is possible that there may be guests in the other home(s) during your stay.
