The breezeways and stairwells are shared spaces. Please be courteous to neighbors and other guests.

~A small starter kit of necessities such as paper products, laundry and dish detergents and trash bags are provided. Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up your go-to supplies.

~ Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. We ask that all of our guests treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but your hosts do not live on site 24/7.

~This home is not baby-proofed. Please exercise caution if traveling with small children, and reach out to hosts before booking if you have any questions.

~Registered guests will enjoy spending time together at the property, but gatherings, events or parties of any type or size are not permitted. If you have questions, please message hosts BEFORE confirming your reservation.

DOG RULES (Dogs rule!)
• Dogs must be disclosed and approved BEFORE a reservation is confirmed.
• We do not allow cats or other pets at this time.
• Limit 2 dogs per reservation
• Fully housebroken dogs only
• Sorry no puppies and/or dogs under 1 year old
• HOA has breed and size restrictions – brief questionnaire and a pet pic required
• Doggie rent is $100 per dog for stays up to 7 days long. Additional time is $50/dog--for increments up to one week--on the same continuous reservation.
• Travelling with pets is a premium amenity and doggie rent is the cover charge.
• Doggie rent takes care of regular expected clean-up after a furry friend.
• Guests are responsible for all costs associated with excessive soil, staining, odor and/or damages should they occur

Welcome to Topsail Island! Aquarius at Sea Coast Suites is located just one block from the beach, one block from the waterway, and only steps away from shops, dining, recreation and nightlife.

Surf City NC still holds onto that small town feel that has attracted beach-goers for generations. The pace is a little slower here, and there is a wholesomeness that you wont find in mega resort towns nearby.

TripAdvisor lists over 40 restaurants in Surf City alone, plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead and Snead's Ferry. Our favorites include High Water Bar & Grill, Shaka Taco, Santorini Greek & Italian Bistro, and Diver Surfside Cafe.

Nightlife options include beach bars, brew pubs, billiards lounges, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.

Surf City boats a thriving outdoor community with several notable surf schools. There are summer programs for kids at Island Ecological Adventures and Touch Tank Aquarium. Several parks dot the island and offer outdoor recreation for kids and adults alike. Book a tee time at one of several local golf courses or play mini golf with the family.

There are spots to rent watercraft, bicycles and e-bikes, and even charter fishing trips.
