Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Sounds of nature & wooded lot beckons harried couples, birders & eager fishermen. Boat friendly. Early check in, late check out. Ample parking close to door for ease of unloading. Palo Gaucho cove across yard to private waterfront. Kayaks. Sunflower whimsey for smiles. Feeders, baths & nest boxes will tempt you to be a bird watcher if not already! Spotty Wi-Fi & cell service can be a blessing or excuse if the office calls during your escape. Limited hosting, message to see if I can make happen.

Neighborhood highlights

On Toledo Bend Lake, cove of Palo Gaucho. We are at the end of two dead ends at the back of the neighborhood with the lake actually behind our house. Usually very quiet, except for the noisy crows! Landscape is work in progress. Squirrels are eating my planted sunflower seeds! Husband’s generator business items overflow on some parts of acre. Subdivision has skinny, curvy streets, but the few residents that live here that you may meet usually are watching and pulling over for oncoming vehicles. Cove has few boats and a great place to kayak or canoe. Have multi families looking to vacation close together? Just up the street from Bev's Place and Fish and Fun.

My work: feels like play.
Fun fact: Constant employment from age 16 to 50!
I don't travel much but I have fallen in love with hosting. NOT traveling is a plus for you! I don't know not to leave you snacks, juice, & home baked goods. That is what you do for guest! Sunflowers were in our wedding, sunflowers will turn & face the sun, these Moons will turn & face the Son. Grew up in Pasa-get down Dena,TX, moved to Katy in my adult yrs & retired to the lake. Loved working from 16-50, now love hosting & meeting you .
