Welcome to your newly renovated one bedroom basement apartment, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, relaxation, convenience, and privacy during your stay. Although homeowners live upstairs, backyard preference and access to all amenities are given to guests.
We love doggies and we love family! With prior booking approval and additional fees, unregistered guests and 1 dog are welcomed to enjoy the exclusivity of the outdoor spaces and amenities during your stay. Inside your personal private space:
Living Room: A cozy and spacious area to relax or sleep on the twin size chaise lounge, featuring abundant seating, a large firestick TV, a mini-split remote controlled heating a/c unit, air purifier, large windows for natural light with corded blinds, a bar-height table for dining or working and remote controlled dimmable lighting.
Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, 4 pillows, throw blanket, firestick TV, 100% cotton linens, and ample storage for your belongings, hamper, luggage rack and safe. Bedroom allows for natural light with corded blinds and a direct garden, patio and pool view! Multiple outlets on both sides of the bed as well as a noise machine are available for your convenience.
Full Bathroom: Includes a walk-in shower, hand held shower sprayer, sink with multiple drawers for storage, digital weight scale, blow dryer, curling iron, bath towels, pool towels and all essential toiletries and paper products.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped with brand new appliances: fridge, air fryer/mini oven, toaster, single electric burner, microwave, waffle maker, blender, mini electric skillet, rice maker, coffee maker, cookware, a dining set for four and utensils-perfect for light cooking on a natural stone countertop. Guests also have access to a large gas Blackstone Griddle and Charbroil Gas Grill on patio as well as all outdoor cooking amenities located in garage. Plastic serving containers available for use outside. Please no glass on pool deck.
Walk-In Closet: Outfitted with full length mirror, shower stool (if needed), hangers, starter laundry supplies, extra queen comforter and full set of twin bed linens for sofa chaise, iron, ironing board, steamer and extra storage for your personal belongings.
Guest access
*Guests have designated garage parking (and driveway parking if needed) next to their private suite entrance on ground level. Keyless garage and guest suite codes given by host before check-in. A remote control garage door opener is provided for your convenience.
*A beautiful fenced-in backyard oasis is a step away through the garage to your private suite. During your stay, feel free to relax in the pool or on the outdoor furniture. Converse around the gas fire pit, cook a delicious meal on the Blackstone griddle, dine at the patio table, stream your favorite event on the outdoor TV while swinging in the hammock or play a competitive lawn game. Enjoy the secluded massive wooded backyard with peaceful and relaxing surroundings.
Although owners live on the property, privacy and priority access to enjoy the outdoor amenities are exclusive to registered guests (max 3). Guests are welcome to invite family members during their stay for an additional fee of $50 per person per day. Please indicate in your booking request how many unregistered guests will be on the premises to better accommodate you. Please note parking is limited to driveway and garage only (no street or grass parking), 2 vehicles max. Registered guests are responsible for any damages or loss of property incurred by unregistered guests. Pre-approved guests welcomed noon-10pm.
Guests do not have access to porch on second floor or 2nd level of home where homeowners live.
Other things to note
*The pool is not heated and is open from April-Oct. Day passes for unregistered guests on property are available for an additional fee of $50 pp/per day.
*In the unlikely event of electrical power, water heater or HVAC failure, access to guest rental space is required to resolve any unforeseen issues.
*Homeowners live on 2nd floor w/friendly dog “Mac”. While backyard priority is always extended to guests, you may see or hear others during your stay. Rental is pet friendly (1 dog only) with prior approval and fee of $50 per night/day.
*Absolutely no fires with exception of outdoor gas fire pit on pool deck. County enforced no burn policy for the neighborhood.
*Pool maintenance is conducted most mornings 9-11am. While every effort is made to schedule landscaping maintenance outside of guest occupancy, weather and consistent bookings may require 2 hours to complete such tasks during your stay. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience should this be required during your stay.
