Fully renovated, nicely furnished and ready for fun. Spread out into 3 King Bedrooms, a den/4th BR plus the double bunks in the game room/converted garage with great AC and epoxy floors. Perfect for multiple groups or three families. Minutes to the newly completed Riviera launch ramp and walking distance to Sara Park hiking trails, dog park and range. Dog and kid friendly with a huge fully fenced yard. Ready for a memorable and relaxing vacation. Plenty of parking.

The space
This is a 3 bedroom home with den used as 4th bedroom and a nicely converted garage as 5th bedroom with double bunks and game room. The fun and spacious game room has great AC, a large projection screen as well as a flat screen, a sofa and lounge chair, and a ping pong & air hockey table. There is also a twin cot with mattress available as a movable twin. New pictures go up soon but the space is all set and ready now. The two twin room is now a king room so there are three bedrooms with Kings. It's the perfect place to spread out and have fun in style and comfort.
