You are welcome to enjoy the entire property with the exception of the locked owners' closet.
There is no charge for normal electricity consumption. We do ask that guests turn off lights and air conditioning when departing the home or not actively using a room. $50/night additional charge for each guest in excess of 8. The fifth bed is a full-size sofa bed located in the downstairs living area. This bed does not have its own private bathroom so is best suited for children. Pets are not permitted. No parties or events. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside.

There are exterior security cameras at the entrance, parking space, street view, and pool equipment room.
