Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A cozy studio on the first floor in a beautiful and charismatic building tucked away off of a private drive. Minutes away from Highland Park!

This space is complete with all new furnishings! Including a queen-sized bed, 42-inch smart TV, ample storage for clothing, all of the basic kitchen necessities, and a quaint dining room table perfect for eating, working, or playing

Other things to note
There is coin-operated laundry located in the basement which is shared between the whole building. Heat is controlled by us, it gets turned on October 1st and shut off on May 31st.
