Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
This is a charming (700 square foot), single level one bedroom duplex, one bath. Just steps to the sand and 4 blocks from Main Street and and the pier. This is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with full kitchen, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Built-in kitchen 'nook' in dining area. This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Beautifully furnished with a touch of 'beach funk'! Includes one outdoor parking space.

The property is a duplex and we have both units set up as vacation rentals.
