Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

Guest access
At Sea Grape Palms A, our guests are granted unrestricted access to all of the fabulous amenities in Suite A and the dedicated outdoor space on that side of the property. Please note, there are two separate units on the property and each unit has a private yard.
You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.
Other things to note
PARKING
Enjoy ample parking with our driveway accommodating up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass and street parking is prohibited.
PARTIES & EVENTS
To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors, Sea Grape Palms prohibits parties, receptions, and events. Local ordinances require quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and any violation will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking with us, you agree to this policy and understand that excessive noise or disturbances may result in non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels inside the house at a reasonable volume and keep doors closed when playing music. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all.
DRUGS
At Sea Grape Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
PETS
Pets are not permitted at Sea Grape Palms.
SECURITY
At Sea Grape Palms, your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. That's why we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing a Ring camera at the front door of each Suite, facing outwards towards the driveway. Additionally, we have a Minut Noise Detector that reads the decibel levels and alerts the hosts if noise levels exceed what is deemed to be acceptable by the local bylaws. We also have a smart lock equipped with a unique code for every new guest and rest assured that this code is automatically deleted at checkout for your peace of mind.
We understand the importance of privacy, and that's why we want to clarify that there are no other cameras on the premises. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our guests at Sea Grape Palms, and we hope that these measures help you feel at ease during your stay with us.
SMOKING
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

TRASH/RECYCLING
Our reliable trash and recycling collection services occur every Tuesday (trash & yard waste) and Friday (trash & recycling). Our attentive staff will ensure that your bins are conveniently located at the curb each morning and returned to their designated spot by evening.
What You Can Recycle:
1. Aluminum/Steel Cans - Must Be Empty!
2. Plastic Bottles with a screw-on or pop top cap - Must Be Empty; absolutely no other plastic items.
3. Corrugated Cardboard - Flattened and empty of all packaging.
TEMPERATURE
Ensuring your comfort during your stay is our top priority at Sea Grape Palms. We maintain the interior temperature remotely using the Nest thermostat conveniently located in the living room. Our attentive hosts are responsible for the maintenance of the air conditioning (AC) system, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any adjustments to the temperature. To optimize the performance of the AC, we kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed while it is in operation. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a pleasant and relaxing experience for you.
TV
Please note that we do not offer cable TV service at our location. However, we are pleased to provide our guests with Smart TVs in both living rooms. Simply use the remote to access your favorite TV apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, and more. To ensure the privacy and security of your accounts, please remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.

Looking for convenient grocery options? Publix is a mere 0.3 miles from your location. If you're after organic and specialty items, Whole Foods is just a 5.9 miles away. And if you're in need of more affordable options, Aldi is 2 miles away and Walmart Neighborhood Market is 3.4 miles away. Plus, for the ultimate in convenience, grocery delivery options are available to bring the store to your doorstep.

Conveniently situated within close proximity to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Sea Grape Palms can be easily accessed by air travel. A short 14.5 mile drive from the airport will lead you to our welcoming abode, where relaxation and sunshine await.
HOUSE LOCATION
Sea Grape Palms is situated just 4 miles east of I-95 close to E Commercial Blvd. With swift freeway access, exploring your favorite sites, beaches, and destinations to the north or south has never been easier.
The home is exactly 0.5 miles away from the beach in Anglin's Square, downtown Lauderdale By The Sea which also provides lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The Pompano Beach pier and beach are also just a short 3 miles away and Fort Lauderdale Beach is just 4.5 miles.
TRANSPORATION
Circuit golf cart services are just a click or call away. They operate between the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach and cost only $2 per ride plus gratuity! Highly recommended!
Lyft and Uber transportation services directly from your smartphone app. Additionally, taxi services are also available in the area.

Florida's sub-tropical climate is one of its biggest draws, with warm temperatures and high humidity creating the perfect environment for an abundance of fascinating creatures. At Sea Grape Palms, you can expect to encounter a diverse range of insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that call this area home.
It's not uncommon to spot a critter or two around the residence, but don't worry, this is perfectly normal for Florida! While insects should be removed, any frogs or chameleons that you come across should be left alone to depart on their own. And hey, why not snap a selfie with your new reptilian friend!
