RUSTICO TERRACOVA Enjoy a stylish and curated experience at this centrally located 1 bed + den. Tucked away in an upscale neighbourhood just 3 minutes walk from bustling south coast boardwalk, beaches, restaurants, and amenities. Just renovated, it boasts a large enclosed bamboo patio with daybed, hammock chair, and an outdoor shower- perfect for rinsing off after a day at a nearby beach. It offers an open plan living room, kitchen, king bedroom with small ensuite, a den and a powder room.

The space
The entire apartment has a dedicated network of super high speed internet-perfect for working remotely!

You enter through the living room with huge windows letting in tons of natural light and ocean breeze. Just beyond the living room you'll find a bamboo/glass dining table (seats up to 5) and a spacious well-appointed kitchen. To your left is the den which has a desk and chair, and can be swapped with the living room daybed if you've got an extra guest/child. Let us know and we can provide the extra linens/curtains for privacy. Access to the powder room with washing machine is through the den. To the right of the kitchen is the primary bedroom- it boasts a firm and comfy king bed, blackout curtains, cozy ensuite bathroom, a compact walk-in closet and air conditioning.

Other things to note
This apartment is located in a charming 1860s-era Bajan house on the ground floor beneath another unit, so even though the ceiling is isolated, footsteps from above may be heard.

The property comprises of 13 apartments on half an acre, with both short- and long-term rentals, which means there is regular activity with residents and guests coming and going.

Whether for relaxing with a coffee, beach swim, sundowners with live music, or ocean view dinner- this is the place to be. 4 days a week, there is a Farmers Market at Artsplash at the end of the street. Rockley/Accra beach is just a few minutes walk south down the boardwalk. Lots of options for coffee shops, restaurants, bars (live music at Blakeys most nights), small grocery store/pharmacy/liquor store, ATM/bank all within 5 min walk. Rockley Beach 10 mins walk, but lots of other small coves to enjoy as well! If you’re here to surf, Brandons/Drill Hall is nearby for epic lefts and rights.
