Khai welcomes you to relax in her stylish & comfortable home conveniently near Lake Lanier, N. Ga. Hospitals, major highways, entertainment, restaurants & shopping. Guests have a private bedroom, shared bathroom, while also enjoying other shared spaces and a host of outdoor amenities.
The space
Relax in style, comfort and privacy. Our Oasis guests will enjoy the use of a private upstairs bedroom & shared full bathroom as well as the 1st floor shared spaces and amenity-rich back yard experiences.
INCLUDED: 2nd Floor Guest Bedroom (Private):
Your stylish, 2nd floor bedroom accommodates (1) & includes a comfortable full-sized bed, security lock, closet storage, plush bath robe, blackout curtains, desk & ergonomic chair, keyboard/mouse/HDMI connections for multiple devices, ROKU-enabled TV, desk-fridge, ceiling fan and is conveniently located near Lake Lanier parks and recreational areas.
INCLUDED: 2nd Floor Shared Bathroom
Your stay includes a shared bathroom with tub & shower, dedicated guest storage, extra towels, & bath essentials (shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, hair dryer, flat iron, and basic first aid items). The bathroom is on the 2nd floor around the corner from your bedroom.
NOT INCLUDED (Reserved for other household members and guests):
- 1st floor private bedroom
- 1st floor Bistro Lounge and dining area
- 1st floor guest bathroom (pass through only to laundry room)

- Main Kitchen/Dining (Shared area): Our newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove and large griddle for those tasty morning pancakes or smashburgers for dinner! Kitchen also has a stove top oven and airfryer. Our open concept Kitchen /Dining / Livingroom area has unobstructed views to the TV, plenty of light and room for easy & organic conversational moments at the kitchen bar or dining table. It also has a large capacity stove, accessible microwave, dishwasher and deep stainless steel sink.
- Main Livingroom (Shared Area):
When we say REST & RENEW, we're not kidding! Our guests can take relaxation to the next level in our luxurious, state-of-the-art massage chair. With heated seats, reclining feature and a host of massage & entertainment options, you may never want to leave!
- Laundry Room (Shared):
The shared laundry is accessible through the guest bathroom. To ensure privacy, entrances to the bathroom & laundry are lockable only from the inside. Includes high capacity washer/dryer, clothes drying rack and complimentary guest laundry supplies.
- Backyard Oasis (Shared):
The backyard oasis is one of the most beloved aspects of Khai's Rest & Renew Retreat and what inspired the name! There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and either find a quiet area to chill or gather with others during your stay.

- Newly renovated, fully stocked shared kitchen & additional dining area.

- a shared Laundry room with high-end full-sized washer/dryer, clothes hanging rod, guest iron/ironing board, and guest provided laundry products.
- shared exterior back yard which includes shade umbrellas, comfortable outdoor dining, a high-end Traeger grill/smoker, firepit zone, bird-watching/reading bench, other seating for relaxing while enjoying a sip of tea!
Guest Rooms: Please be advised that there are (2) guest listings within our home:
(1) Your private upstairs bedroom and shared full bathroom.
(2) Downstairs bedroom/bistro/bathroom on the 1st floor. These areas are reserved for other guests (max 2).
