This inviting 1st floor, 2BR condo has everything you need while staying in beautiful Sedona. Nestled in the heart of the Village & located <1 mile from the iconic Bell Rock trail, the condo is a peaceful retreat after a long day of hiking, golfing or biking. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, do some outdoor grilling, or kick back by the TV. We're conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, shopping & much more. There's something for everyone in Sedona!

The space
Every trip to Sedona should be memorable, so we've taken steps to ensure your stay has everything you need. This fully furnished condo is perfect for a family or two couples. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & granite countertops and is stocked with all cooking essentials. With our large smart TV, guests can Netflix or Hulu on the large flat-screen TV in the living room as well as access WiFi. The well-maintained property provides access to outdoor charcoal grills, private patio seating for two, communal patio tables and seating, a refreshing pool open March 1st through October 31st, a sport court, and a laundry room. Parking is free and ample, and an EV charger is available on site.

Accessing the Uptown and West Sedona areas is an easy 15-minute drive, while the local wineries are an easy 20-minute drive away.

The home is yours in its entirety. Condo community common spaces such as outdoor seating areas, BBQ grills, the pool area, and a sport court are available for guests to enjoy. Parking is free and readily available.

This is a first-floor condo unit without necessary steps inside or outside.

Experience Sedona like a local! Located in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek (VOC), just a few minutes away from Uptown Sedona, the VOC is quieter and more peaceful than Uptown Sedona or West Sedona. The VOC is where most locals live, and the last few years have brought a boom of Sedona's newest restaurants, shops, and art fairs to the VOC.

A stay in the VOC will prove more restful than a stay in Uptown. Plus, you'll be nearer to the most popular trailheads of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Cathedral Rock, and more, and you'll avoid the heavy traffic and tougher parking of Uptown.
