FREE kayaks, ice, and grill pellets...Relax with the whole family at this year-round retreat that is lake life serene. (MUST be 28 or older to book.) Mornin' coffee and evenin' sunsets are the main attractions here. Listen to the crickets and the frogs serenade you in the moonlight. You'll have access to your own private pier. There is room for one boat and a gravel area to park your boat trailer. Ray is also a pro crappie guide seasonally Dec-May. Inquire for more i formation.

The space
The main queen bedroom is cozy. The kid's double bunk bed is just across the hall. The single bathroom/laundry room is steps away from both bedrooms. The lake view takes center view through the sliding glass doors upon entering this just right lakeside cottage.

Guest access
The main level living space is for guest use. Below, is an enclosed garage apartment that Ray uses when he runs crappie fishing tours. Inquire for more information.

Other things to note
We will let you know when the adjacent house is occupied. This is the guest cottage beside Ray's main house located on the same parcel, but with plenty of privacy for both.
