Enjoy the sounds of nature while staying at this unique place. Pet and bird life is abundant and on the lake there are water lilies growing. There's nothing else around the lake so you're all alone here. The chair house is located on a plateau 2 meters up in the air so it offers nice views over the lake. There is a wooden deck around the house that offers seating in different sun locations as well as an outdoor kitchen where there is a storm kitchen for simple cooking of food. Next door there is a small outdoor toilet.

The space
The gazebo is about 7.5 square meters where there is the possibility to seat 4 people. There are three beds but if you want to sleep 4, it is possible to fit even if it is a bit of a tight squeeze. There is a day bed that can be made into 2 x 80 cm, and there is also a built-in bed 70 cm wide. There are duvets and pillows for three people but if you want to sleep four people, there are also blankets.

The Stolphuset is without running water and electricity but there are different solutions to this. Good if you bring a cooler bag to store food.
Stolphuset is located next to a swamp lake called Nävsjön. Unfortunately, it does not offer any beach. But swimming area and boat rental are available in the village of Hulevik which is 800 m away. There is a canoe included in the property but it is not always possible to get out to the lake, it depends on how high water it is.

Fishing in the lake is allowed, no permit is required. There are pike, perch and carp.

The surroundings of Hulevik are amazing! Just 2 km away is Trollberget which is part of Åsnens National Park. There are cozy hiking trails and the opportunity to barbecue. Nearby to the chair house there are two lookout towers about 2-3 km away. The closest grocery store is 7 kilometers away. There are cafes in the nearby area, about 6-10 km. However, these are most open during high season.

Upon arrival in Hulevik you will come to our cabin located in the village Hulevik. In the garage you fill cans with water and load it as well as other things you will need for your stay in your car. Then you drive down with your car to the chair house which is about 800 meters from Hulevik. You'll get more info on site.

Other things to note
You can bring your own cooler bag with you as there is no way to cool the food at the chair house. There is the possibility of a nature shower, you get to fill it with water upon arrival and bring your own.

No heating is located in the house except candles.
