House is ON THE BEACH! The water is usually calm and there is a sand bar about 20 meters (60 feet) from the shore. There are also some very small reef areas with fish and coral to explore. There is some snorkeling gear for your use.

Your vacation home includes access to the entire house, a private pool and rooftop deck. The house is beachfront with access to the beach. All beaches in the area are public, but since this is a quite area, you will not find many people on the beach.

There is a large rooftop deck for enjoying amazing sunrises and sunsets.

The patio on the beachside features a large dining table.

The pool side offers a small tropical garden, shaded seating and pool lounge chairs.

Due to our location and developing infrastructure within the area, there may occasionally be power outages affecting the internet and water supply, but don't worry, service is usually restored quickly. The whole-house generator will make any outage easy to handle.

During the winter period (November to February) we have some storms that, depending on their intensity, sometimes bring seaweed and ocean debris to our beaches. This circumstance is beyond our control, however, we work to keep the beach as clean as possible.

Our accommodation is located in a small fishing port isolated from the city or large tourist areas, to get to the nearest shops and restaurants it is necessary to have a car or hire a tuck tuck (moto taxi), the port lifestyle is quiet and peaceful, ideal for experiencing the connection with nature and rest, a different experience from large tourist centers such as Cancun and the Mayan Riviera.

The entire home, all for you, with a 10-foot wall surrounding the property. Automatic gate, custom double-sided pool with waterfall. The house is on the beach - beach access from the back door of the home. Washer/dryer.
