The space
Hot and cold air conditioning in every room. Taps with hot water and automatic curtains with blackout in the rooms.

2 suites, being a master with panoramic bathtub (hot and cold water)for 2 people. The other en-suite has 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double.

Office with exclusive workspace and library.

Winter garden with glass ceiling and armchairs.

Large room with 65-inch television and electric fireplace, which can be used in the heating function or only with decorative flames.

Dining room decorated with pelegos to warm your winter.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, full fundue appliance, coffee machine, electric jar, electric oven, madmen, pans and cutlery. Washer and dryer.

In addition to all the structure presented in the house, guests can enjoy some of the amenities within the condominium, including the restaurant that operates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a mini market and a trailer with various types of breads, artisanal hamburgers, hot dogs, cakes for a delicious afternoon coffee, etc.
Orders of Ifood and other applications also work well in the region and are delivered to the house and must be informed to the main gatehouse.

The condominium has lakes,plenty of space for walks.

Other things to note
Despite being immersed in nature, the house is within a gated condominium, with structure .

We do not provide any type of groceries (salt, sugar, coffee, oleo etc…)

Our listing is clear when smoking is not allowed or taking animals on the property.
Keep the doors and windows always closed so that not insects, the house is all air-conditioned.

We kindly ask you to collect all trash and open food using the large trash bag available in the laundry room. At the end of the stay, discard it in the external trash can next to the power pole, always with the lid closed.
