Since June 2022, we have been offering a great little top renovated vacation apartment with all the comforts and a beautiful large terrace, private parking and free bicycles in Sierksdorf, swimming pool + Hansapark right next door

The space
A modern sofa seating area and a comfortable box-spring bed ensure coziness. A well-equipped kitchen with brand appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, induction stove, toaster, coffee maker and kettle awaits your cooking skills. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Linens and towels are included.

In the bathroom with ground-level access to the rainbow shower, you can refresh your tired spirits. On the pull-out couch you can relax comfortably and watch TV on a 43" smart TV.

The terrace offers a nice seating area and two loungers to relax. An awning provides shade on hot days and the electric exterior blinds provide additional security. The apartment is located in the Panoramic complex in house C and is accessible via a separate staircase (28 steps) or via the terrace. A private indoor swimming pool with a 25 m x 15 m pool is located right next door in the neighboring building. Admission can be found on the website. A private parking space is available on the parking deck.

Since we do not live on site, we ask you to adhere to the agreed time for the key handover and to inform us immediately in case of delays. Since we always like to greet our guests personally, we only offer a self check-in in exceptional cases.

From November, we only offer the apartment in long-term rentals over the winter. Minimum rental period is 60 days. Please contact us if you are interested.

The Panoramic complex in Sierksdorf is only about 400 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach. The nearby “Sierksdorf” train station is also only 500 m away. On the large, park-like property (36,852 m²), in addition to the indoor swimming pool, there is also an outdoor tennis court (free!), an outdoor table tennis table, a basketball hoop and a boule court as well as a newer playground.

Other leisure activities include the Hansapark, also voted the second-best amusement park in Germany in 2023, as well as the MEET'n MOVE leisure and event hall with bowling alley, both of which are within walking distance in the immediate neighborhood.

We offer four different accommodations, one in beautiful Hamburg Winterhude, one in lively Barmbek and two on the Baltic Sea in Lübeck Bay, one in the idyllic Niendorf and now one in Sierksdorf. After a few years of very positive experiences with the rental of our holiday home to holiday guests, we now also want to give Hamburg guests the opportunity to stay with us. However, the Hamburg legal situation only allows us to offer the main apartment for entertaining stays. If you plan to come for at least three months, you should look at the completely renovated apartment in Barmbek. With this apartment, we primarily address people who come to the city for work purposes. In the beginning, there was the dream of owning a vacation home on the Baltic Sea. A few years ago, the time had come and we were able to realize this dream. We have furnished the "Strandhus Niendorf", as we lovingly call it, with a lot of love for detail and as often as possible, we spend our time here. If you want to know more about the location, the facilities, etc., just visit our homepage. After a while of fully renting out our vacation home to vacation guests, we decided to only provide our lovingly furnished garden house for guests. Our role model is the Casas particulares in Cuba. There, private individuals provide individual rooms for rent. There is usually breakfast or even a warm meal for a small surcharge. This way you get in touch with your hosts in a completely different way and learn so much more about the country and people. We really enjoyed this way of interacting with each other and finally I also have roots from there. Therefore, we want to try to introduce this open and friendly way of coexistence here in the cool north of Germany and be equally nice hosts to our guests. We have always had a lot of fun hosting so far and can't wait to see our future guests. We welcome all ages, whether traveling alone or as a couple or with a child. In the Corona period, we decided to only rent out the garden house. So everyone has their own private area. It is located in a small secluded corner of our garden and thus offers a little more privacy. However, we are still looking forward to many social hours with our guests should the situation arise. In Sierksdorf, our latest achievement, we have incorporated the positive experiences with our guests. Here we now offer a comfortable small apartment with its own terrace. This apartment is also well suited for a longer stay.
