Our cabin is located in a secluded area close to public access game land, where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and hunting to your heart's content. If you're a fishing enthusiast, you'll be delighted to know that our home is situated between some of the best freshwater lakes in the area, perfect for a day of angling. Closet public access boat ramp is less than a mile away!
The space
Our tiny home is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience. With its rustic charm and modern amenities, you'll feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the king sized bed and sleeping area are cozy and inviting. You'll enjoy the stunning views of nature from the relaxing outdoor spaces, where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the sun rise or have a camp fire while you enjoy listening to the crickets sing and wait for the stars to come out for the night.
The cabin offers two parking spaces for renters and welcomes guests with a fire pit and four chairs in the front yard, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The small back yard area is grassy, providing ample space for pets to play. All pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside of the cabin.
This space accommodates up to four guests and provides linens and back-ups for a king-sized bed, a blow-up twin mattress, and a sectional couch. The bathroom features a newly installed dual showerhead and comes with towels, washcloths, and makeup wipes for up to four guests.
This cabin is kid-friendly and comes with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It is recommend that guests bring sleeping accommodations for children under 5.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, oil, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, silverware, dishes, wine glasses, and more. Guests are also provided with essential cleaning supplies in case of an emergency.
Guests can stay connected with high-speed internet by Hughes Net and can unwind by watching TV with a big screen. The cabin also has several DVDS and board games suitable for all ages to provide entertainment. Dogs weighing less than 40 pounds are welcome, and bowls are provided for their use. We ask that pets remain off of all furniture and counters at all times.
Not only is our tiny home a perfect destination for family vacations and outdoor enthusiasts, but it's also conveniently located near some of the quaint towns in Georgia.
Elberton, GA is just a short 15 minute drive away, offering a bit of rich Southern history and beautiful historical architecture, along with incredible railway viewing and opportunites to discover a new piece of environmental art for your next construction project. This home is also located roughly 10 minutes from the Elbert County - Patz Field Airport, which makes this a perfect stay for traveling pilots and students.
Calhoun Falls, SC, located on the shores of Lake Russell, is a charming town known for its top-notch fishing and scenic trails along with some railway history of it's own.
This home is also situated between the larger towns of : Anderson, SC ( 45 mins ), Greenwood, SC ( 35 mins ), Augusta, GA ( 45 mins ), Athens ( 60 mins ) - which makes it the perfect home to pop around and visit them all.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the house fully, including the water heater and utility/cleaning supplies area. Guests will also have access to land on the property for exploring and pet walks.

The nearest boat ramp is a mile away - located on Clark's hill lake and conveniently situated at the end of Cooter Creek Road. The closest boat ramp on Richard B Russell Lake, and is located 5 miles from the cabin and is called Shuck Pen Eddy.
The nearest public access game/hunting land is located just across highway 79 and is marked with tree markers.
